Meditation Classes
These monthly sessions enable the student to learn
basic meditation techniques within small, friendly groups. With practise,
meditation provides balance and harmony to the body and mind allowing
blood pressure to lower, stress to reduce and a feeling of well being to
take place. Intuitive thought will flow more easily so helping you in
your everyday life style and decision-making.
By allowing the mind to encompass various spiritual
beliefs including Angels and crystal healing, students can go on to more
advanced forms of meditation and workshops, keeping diaries of what they
have received to help them as their future unfolds.
Classes start in September each year and have been
running for the past 10 years. They are generally well booked up in
advance, but if there is a vacancy beginners or advanced students can join
at any time. They are held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, 10
a.m. - noon or 8 p.m. - 10 p.m.
